The US supporting Uyghurs does not mean it's fake news by the USA
Anyone who needs allies will take them no matter what. The US pretends to care about what’s happening in Xinjiang because they want to weaken China. Uyghurs care about what’s happening in Xinjiang because it’s their homeland and they’re losing it to China. It’s an “enemy of my enemy is my friend” type of situation.
