**•**70年代末文革结束，政治气氛逐步宽松，因养生健身需要，气功热开始形成
**•**1978年全国科学大会召开。“向科学进军”、“攀登科学新高峰”成为时髦的口号，但什么是科学并不清楚。
**•**1978年《自然杂志》1卷第5期发表顾涵森外气实验（中国科学院原子核研究所）、1979年《自然杂志》2卷第6期。
**•**1979年3月11日《四川日报》唐雨耳朵认字
•“耳朵认字”现象的观察研究自此在全国范围漫延，几十所高校卷入、数以百计的各类研究者
钱学森：中医、气功、特异功能是相互关联的，都是人体功能态，对这些人体特定功能的研究构成了中国人体科学
**•**二、关键事件
**•**1979年4月6日，北京女学生姜燕在心理所接受三套方案测试。首轮测试成功，据说辩认50个试样中的49个；4月19日上午又追加一次实验，这次却得到了与第一次完全不同的观察结果
•1979年7月，《自然杂志》编辑部在北京考察了王强和王斌两姐妹耳朵认字的功能，据此撰写《“非视觉器官图象识别”的观察报告》，认为：“这种异常功能确有其事，值得探索”。
•1979年11月8日，针对社会唯心主义、唯物主义的尖锐争论，中宣部长胡耀邦批示：“这类事情（指特异功能）科学工作者（指相信特异功能的科学家）要怎么办，可以由他们去办，但不能公开宣传。宣传这类事情对‘四化’没有一点用处、好处。中国还是个落后的国家，宣传这类事只能增加人们的迷信和思想混乱。这一点请你们务必把关。”
**•**1980年6月，辽宁本溪市科协发现张宝胜“以鼻嗅字”，后来还发现透视、意念致动等功能。
•1980年6月3日，北京成立人体特异功能研究组。
•1980年6月4日，著名科学家钱学森访问《自然杂志》，他表示支持人体特异功能的研究。他在谈话中首次提出人体科学的概念。
•1980年7月21日，上海市成立人体特异功能研究会，贺崇寅为研究会负责人。
•1980年7月中旬中央新闻纪录电影制片厂拍摄《你信不信》
•1982年4月20日，中宣部发出《关于不要在报刊上宣传或批评人体特异功能的通知》。
•1982年5月5日，钱学森给中宣部副部长郁文写信，“我也向您表白我的判断，我并以党性保证：人体特异功能是真的，不是假的；有作假的，有骗人的，但那不是人体特异功能。人体特异功能和气功、中医理论是密切相关的。”

•1982年4－7月，中国人体科学研究会（筹）在北京首都师范大学组织了几个省市联合测试。据称初步提出实验设计的“五项原则”：(1)试样具有唯一性；(2)辨认“目标”采用“不透光、不可逆”的封装；(3)主试人和被试人均不知“目标”的内容，以做到“双盲”；(4)现场监测可靠，不允许将试样带离现场；(5)实验结果具有“统计学显著性”。
•1989年1月9日于光远在香港《大公报》发表谈话《我坚决反对反科学的所谓“人体特异功能”宣传》。
•1989年2月，聂荣春针对于文写了《我坚决支持人体特异功能的科学研究》。该文在聂去世后于1991年发表在《中国人体科学》第1卷第4期上。
•1995年4月，《北京青年报》报道司马南、何祚庥文：张宝胜败走麦城。气功、特异功能低潮来临。
•1996年底，郭汉英、沈洵、刘易成等人致信体委主任伍绍祖，提议成立人体特异现象存在性检验工作组（筹），之后召集并组织了一些由双边人员包括心理学家参加的、旨在减少争议而澄清事实真相的联合试验。前期试验侧重于特异信息现象的检验。但云南、山西孝义、内蒙海拉尔等地的检验结果并不令人满意。在京组织专家进行规范检验章程的“残留信息”的检验。有进展，但未终结，被打断。
•1999年FLG起事，随即全面限制气功活动和特异功能研究

影响广泛的所谓**“屏幕效应”****。。。。。。。**
罗新在网页中称：伍绍祖曾高度评价云南大学的研究：“人体科学研究好像狗咬刺猬，找不到下口处……你们找到了一个下口处”。
云南大学诱发试验在97年成果检验存检筹联合检测中崩盘。在场心理学家认为试验研究太粗糙：小孩不受控，天生会做假。
3**、复旦大学持续二十年****“思维传感”**实验
邵来圣、虞瑞华、沈云虎、方林虎、王伯扬、盛祖嘉等人构成一个十多年合作的团队，以学校的青工对象进行诱发试验，发了许多文字报告，接受海内外多单位的联合测试。
前校长华中一先生曾卷入并做正面评论
96****年在联合测试中崩盘。受试者成员表现奇怪，有人说都是假的；有人说，有时我们是真的。
十数年复旦的研究的主要**“成果”**
《中国人体科学》杂志1卷2期和2卷1期发表了复旦大学探索“思维传感”机制和实验的文章，题目是《“思维传感”机制初探》、《“思维传感”的实验研究》、《思维传感中“屏幕效应”现象的分析》。文中主要观点是：
一、“思维传感”的本质是“图象传感”
作者认为通过受试者主诉认为思维传感本质是发送者和接收者之间额前闪出的图象传输。语音、气味等也能通过思维进行传感，但必须由发送者将这些信息“文字化”或“图象化”后才能实现传感（即，通过屏幕传感视觉信息而不能传送听觉信息）……既然不为信息传送和接收者所理解的文字也能传送，那么文字无非作为一种图象被传送，所以思维传感实质上是图象传感。
二、成功的思维传感条件：
发送者和接收者的额叶前必有“屏幕”闪出并伴随发出“特异辐射”（因为发现底片的曝光）。作者认定信息发送者和接收者的额叶前有“屏幕”闪出，才能实现实现思维传感。
4**、意念拨表、摘花、断火柴、弯钢勺**
当年典型的具有宣传示范效果的全国性表演项目：
–热闹的混乱的现场：对怀疑者来说，简直都是胡搞；
- 而钱学生等支持者却另有一个逻辑，这些科研人员也都是党领导的科研干部，并没有多少道理不信。而一些科研人员认为受试者是小孩甚至就是自己的孩子，应该不会骗人。
5**、军方研究机构的****“突破空间障碍”**
军方某研究所以张某为受试对象的多年研究、包括获得多项科技进步奖的成果：
•从封闭容器中取药片
•从烧结的试管中取塑料片
•从粘接的双层塑料板中烧折人民币
•从葡萄糖注射液玻璃中抽取纸袋
•高速摄像记录。
听起来甚至看上去，都象是真的，而细致地检验录相记录，就会发现试验失控，结果并不可靠。
最后结论：是人都会犯错，对谁也别轻信！
6**、包括****“闹鬼”** 等其他现象**…**
**•**五、真乎假乎？
到底有没有“特异功能”？
•没有简单明了的回答：“仁者见仁，智者见智”，否定一万个还有一万零一个。
•对相信者打破其信念，我是举凡自己亲历的特别例子，一次又一次地揭穿骗局，说明在95%的情况下，现场条件控制与现象描述是存在。当局者自迷。在需要确证事实的时候，事实确证不了，根本不是相信者抬杠式宣称的：如果你亲自来参加实验，不出三个月甚至三年一定能见着真的。
•对不信者，其实也有少数相当可信的例子说明，确实存在奇怪的现象，无法解释，虽然也难以视为铁证！
信者、不信者其实都有自己的生存空间和逻辑自辩空间。双边都觉得对方的所谓逻辑是循环自证，荒谬得很。
为什么仍然有人信以为真？
–广泛的宗教文化与民间传说
–陈守良、刘易成等学界元老的工作很难全称否定
–507所对鞍山赵颖姐弟隔墙透视的重复检测
–本人自己的体验、存检（筹）期间的一些观察
**•**六、逻辑争锋
伴随着现象观察的一直是针锋相对的争论：
–特异功能与绝大多数UFO一样总有百分之几的比例难以说清的现象。对于这仅剩的百分之几，倾向于是真或是假，这首先就有个主观立场的问题！
–双方的各执一端，非常荒谬。不能排除双边可能看到的都是“真相”！双边其实都不完全错，因为原本就没有绝对的客观真实！
–特异功能中骗局甚多，绝大多数特异功能人曾被发现做假：绝大部分都是假象，表演基本无例外都是假的。但一百次之中只要有一次是真的，就站得住脚！？
伍绍祖语录：“100个当中即使有99个作假，只有一个可以完全地排除作假的可能，也是值得研究的。”
**–****于光远：**这些都是过去的灵学现象，都是被否定的、标准的唯心主义东西，我看都不看，就知道都是假的。
**–****钱学森、张震寰：**于的立场才是主观经验主义，而我们才是真正的唯物主义。人体特异功能是客观存在，我们掌握着事实、真理，就什么也不怕。
**–****于派：**灵学是被证伪的“伪科学”，特异功能是封建迷信
**–****钱派：**美苏都在研究，而中国有中医和气功修炼文化，在研究中更有优势，人体科学的突破将带来下一轮的科学革命和中国文化的复苏。
双方均从经验上和逻辑上都沉浸在自己固定的主观世界里，对国内外情况和历史了解甚少，拿相同的事件佐证自己完全对立的立场。
**•**七、认识局限
真的只有非真即假两元选择吗？悖论何在？
•气功外气与特异功能现象在特定时间、环境下发生；在国内国外都有类似性和普遍性。现象存在具有相当的社会学基础，对初识者有震撼性、觉得神秘。但对有经验者、对逻辑思维严密、严格控制条件的观测者来说，较少成功。严密观察中现象消失，归为做假或所谓“观察者效应”。
•现实中特异功能人绝少主动挑战魔术师！大多都曾被发现作假或存在作假的、或控制失控迹象！
•神奇现象难以重复、难于检验，因为无从下手控制条件，莫明其妙就是其规律。
•科学研究对象是客观的、孤立于观察者之外的局部事件，可以通过改变已知物理量，观察单个因素之于被观察对象的影响，可做数学归纳。
•特异功能现象没有已知中介媒体，意识突破时空直接获取信息或与物质对象发生作用：这是非定域的、主客观一体、无法控制环境因素的现场。从根子上即不是当下科学手段所能研究和归纳总结的，只能停留在经验的观察上。
•现象是否存在仍是基于少数人经验的、近似信念式的判断。仍然无法观察到严格的、可重复检验的“客观”事件！但这未必能导致全假的推论，因为在假设存在此现象后，原本就会直接挑战意识与物质的二元论，出现无以自洽的冲突：正如突破时空障碍后必然出现时空悖论一样。
•量子现象中的二相性、非定域的理论以及现代数理逻辑隐喻了人类认识能力的有限性，心物之谜、意识之谜确实有待进一步研究。科学带有自身的局限性，解决困惑的唯一途径仍然只有持续的观察和实践。
**•**八、余音未了
人体科学研究从79年开始，历20年于1999年嘎然而止。
迈过32年时间之后，尘封的过去仍是一大笔糊涂账！数千年来人类历史中的神秘文化都是糊涂账！
宗教神迹可被实验或思辨而否定吗？信仰能通过争论而改变吗？政治上被指为迷信的风水、算命、宗教修炼，仍然是现实社会中的潜流，具有内在的历史的生命力，不可能消除。
人体科学研究其实远比所谓UFO研究以及外星人的搜索研究靠谱，需要专业人员、需要平和心态以及相关资料的积累和传承，哪怕只是出于打假的需要。
我们是谁？要到哪里去？对一切涉及终极问题的回答可能有待意识之谜的解开。

Believers and unbelievers actually have their own living space and logical self-defense space. Both sides feel that the so-called logic of the other side is self-evidence, which is very absurd.
Why do some people still believe it?
