The CCP is too chauvinistic and anti-theist for Lenin

Lenin’s socialist party did not enforce that members have to be atheist, while in the CCP:

• CCP party members have to be atheist
• Uyghur cadres have to be atheist
• Teachers in China have to be atheist

Lenin thought this would be counter-productive since it would make indigenous people hostile to socialist rule. So would Lenin agree that Uyghur separatism stems from Chinese rule?
