Students can't go to the mosque in Xinjiang

Jan 12, 20261 min read

  • They were students of Xinjiang Engineering Institute ==who came to their friend’s father’s funeral in this mosque. Entering a mosque requires scanning of a national ID card and they were afraid of being found by school management,== therefore they did not scan but instead wandered around at the entrance. Later the trio was taken back to the precinct for inspection. The IJOP platform discovered no anomaly, and the anti-terrorism sword did not detect any anomalies from their phone. The class managers were contacted and they came to the precinct today around 22:00 to take the students back. We made sure the school will strictly monitor these three.
