- Go To A Random Image Generator Or Practice Tag that will have visual feedback
- The FLASH part
- Draw A Deep Long Breath and As You Exhale Clear You Head Of Any Visuals Or Latent Thoughts.
- At the end of the exhale, very quickly flash your eyes up and to the left with the intent to glimpse the target.
- Trust Your Return Data and Sketch It or just don’t care.. your doing this several times with an idea to refine it with each step.
- Draw another deep breath and exhale, think or verbally tell your subcon “flash left” and record the visuals you perceive (often basic geometries or just blobs in most cases). Don’t dwell on that flash for long..no more than a quick split second. The visual may be “diaphanous, faint” or just barely perceived. (if you don’t get anything..just take a breath and try again).
- Now Do The Same Thing For Right, Up, Down etc and position the visuals you get in relation to your first visual flash.
- The BURN part
- Now Look At These Positional “fragments” for a brief second, then close your eyes or stare at an empty space if that works better for you and direct your subcon to show you the target.
- You may experience a “kaleidoscope effect” where objects, shapes, forms, will move reform, dance, and align/realign. Wait for that activity to generally stop and rest on a basic shape, form, or aspect and write that down to the right of your fragments. Imaging the visual is “burning in” and refining to a resting data return.
- Briefly Look At Your Results and let them “sink in” for just a second.
- Now Start Again: Do 2 Through 7 at least two or three more times and record your results tabularly (example below).
- Now Generate the Random Image or Look At The Tag?
- What I’m curious about – Does this also work for others to generate a visual or generally composite geometry for the site?
