Cannot speak of Halal in Xinjiang beyond food
Article 9 of the says the usage of “Halal” for anything beyond food is “extremification, and are to be prohibited.” Saying extramarital sex is haram (not halal) = extremism. Saying that missing prayer is not halal = extremism.
